Sales training with behavioural science

Your client is keen in the meeting, and then it goes quiet.

How much effect your sales conversations have depends on how much influence you have on the choices and behaviour of your client. Fortunately, that can be learnt. In our online course you learn how to turn a good meeting into a signed contract.

I had a great time during the BDA. The methodology framework ties everything together and provides you with concrete tools and best practises, how to apply the BD insights to your clients and their problems. This will bring me and my clients great value. Thanks.

I believe this is an excellent program with a mixture of theory and practices which really gives a next step on every daily life. I am going to use it a lot and I believe this should be part of the training for every HR Director and Transformational Director

Very interesting information and content captured in a very good concept. A good balance between theory and practice. Chapeau!

The path

The same method, online, at your own pace.

Lesson by lesson you work on one question: why does your prospect do what they do? You apply it straight away with the tools of the SUE Influence Framework©. Then the fix: how do you make saying yes the easiest choice, and how do you put AI to work on it? In 33 lessons at your own pace you collect downloads and tools you use for your own proposal, quote or client meeting on Monday.

Through your employer

How to get your employer on board

Most participants take the training on their employer’s budget or their own training budget. The VAT invoice goes to your organisation: €1,490 excl. VAT. Open the email below, fill in three things and send it to your manager.

Subject: Request for the training The Art of Influence©Dear [name], I would like to attend SUE's training The Art of Influence©: two days in Amsterdam on [date], 1,490 euros excl. VAT. SUE invoices [organisation] directly. Customers are enthusiastic in the meeting and still put off the decision afterwards. We usually try to fix that with better arguments. The SUE method turns that round: first understand why someone does or doesn't do something, then design the situation so the behaviour we want becomes the easy option. The training works with real examples from practice. I bring back the Influence Framework, the templates and cheat cards, and use them afterwards on [project or question]. I also come back with an EQAC-accredited certificate. If you agree, I will book this week. Best regards, [name]
Which one is on your desk?

Six questions every sales professional recognises.

Why is the client enthusiastic, and still does not sign?

Being keen in the meeting is not the same as daring to decide. After the meeting the doubt arrives, and that is what you need to remove.

More on persuasion →

What do I do when it goes quiet after the quote?

Silence often means doubt, or your contact still has to sell it internally. Ask what they still need and make the next step small.

More on influencing →

How do I win over the whole decision group?

Every decision maker has their own worry. Give your contact what they need to convince people internally.

More on influencing →

Why does the client still choose the familiar supplier?

In doubt, the familiar wins. Make switching as small and safe as possible.

More on consumer behaviour →

How do I negotiate without losing on price?

A price is always compared. What you put next to it decides whether it feels fair.

More on conflict management →

How do I use AI in sales without it going cold?

AI helps you prepare and follow up. The conversation stays yours, and that is where the decision is made.

Frequently asked questions

What sales professionals ask before they sign up.

I know nothing about behavioural science. Is this still right for me as a sales professional?

Most participants start without any prior knowledge. You learn exactly the behavioural science you need, and you apply it straight away to real-life examples. Afterwards you know how to use it in your conversations and proposals.

I have done plenty of sales training. What is different here?

You do not learn a conversation technique. You learn to see how your client decides and what holds them back. After two days you design the buying moment instead of pushing harder.

Who will I be in the group with?

A mixed group of up to 16 people: marketers, HR, communications, lawyers, policymakers and managers. The mix is on purpose. You see how someone from another sector wrestles with exactly the same kind of question.

Can I claim this back from my employer?

Yes. We invoice in your company’s name and the training is EQAC-accredited. That makes reimbursement easier. Need a quote or more information for your request? Get in touch.

You can follow up with one more call. Or you can learn to design the moment your client says yes. The Art of Influence© online · start today
